Louise began running at the age of thirteen and joined her local athletics club (Aldershot, Farnham & District) shortly after finding a love for cross country. In 2007, at fifteen years old, Louise earned her first international vest for Great Britain in the 1,500m at the World Youth Games in Ostrava.
Following a near career-ending injury in 2019, Louise pivoted her focus to the marathon and quickly found success with the distance. She is on a mission to find her absolute limit while proving that results are built on a foundation of enjoyment.
Louise strives to share her passion for running and the outdoors with others, following a belief that running is a remarkable tool for life and anyone can find their purpose to be physically active by getting out of their comfort zone.
Qualifications
In addition to dedicating her life to running, Louise has built a career in teaching which has now evolving into a focus on coaching.

First Class Coaching BSc
Louise completed her undergraduate, postgraduate and master’s degree at St Mary’s University in Twickenham, renowned for its rich running pedigree.

Athletics Coach
Alongside her degree, Louise is an England Athletics registered coach currently working with a number of runners.

Teaching
Louise has 10+ years experience as a primary and secondary school teacher and PE specialist.
